[Bassoon Duet]

Bit strange for strangers

Ok, you need more then one kind of instruments to make classical music. I see that you dont have problem with talent, but I think that there is a lack of effort.

You need violins, drums, bass, And many more instruments with it. Take a look at Hamster-cake page. That is some good qualaty music! http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/402417 (one of my favorite)

Work on it. And you will learn new things.

O_O It's a duet, not an ensemble. But I've been working on some of those as well, they're just more modern than this one which is why I wanted to post it.

What I think?!

I like the way where this is going. But I feal it needs more fx! Like back ground sounds. And the Drums need to bounce! The bass needs a bit more touche. Like a in a Dumset or something.

It better then anything I've made! So like I said, your going in the right direction.

I love it! The piano really let the emotions out. I heard this song butchered so many time! It good to hear that there is some one in the world with passion for this song. Well done! :D

Thanks! I worked really hard on making it my own, while not losing the feel. The original has so many sounds that just make you giddy. I actually was not a huge fan of led zeppelin until quite recently. I had known about them, but never really listened. I knew my parents loved them though, and so I decided to do this. It's always nice to discover great music, even if it's a bit embarrassing to admit that I only recently discovered how awesome they are. : 3

Dirty it up!

You should totaly found a way to but the drum dirty. I can hear the potential if it was dirty. And it would awesome.

Also the piano is nice, but it missing something. Just a littel touch dough. Because when ( if ) you put the drums dirty, the sound will be all over the place. I recomend just simple FX. Keep working on it, or just come back to it when you feal ready to make changes. There is no rush!

Industrail and bass

Nice! Sound like industrail and Drum and Bass. I know you used Fl studio. What aplication did you take to make that kinda bounce?

Yeah, I used FL.

I guess you're referring to the sidechain when you say "bounce." I just linked sounds to the Peak Controller on the kick, which made the volume go down each time the kick is played. And all of the synths were created with Toxic Biohazard...just FYI.
